This is a labret or flat back stud for wearing in ear cartilage piercings.
It is embellished with a round opalescent gem which is offset with a cluster of tiny, gems in clear crystal.
The opal measures approximately 7mm in diameter.
These labrets are available with a 1.2mm wire, in lengths of 6mm and 8mm.
