This is a PVD Black 316L Grade Steel Labret which is suitable for wearing in a ear cartilage or lip piercing.

These labrets are available as follows: 
1.2mm wire with lengths of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm with a 3mm ball

Suitable for an initial piercing.
