We aim to pack and despatch all orders on the same day or the very next day but this can vary at peak times.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and tracked to delivery point. Special Delivery will require a signature on delivery.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver in 1-2 days or by Royal Mail Special Delivery with delivery guaranteed the next working day.

Delivery options are dependent on the value of the order.
If you require a quicker delivery, use of an independent courier is advisable and carriage charges are based on the country, size and weight of the parcel. These will be advised to you prior to despatch.
We strongly advise that orders are sent by DHL.
We use DHL Express International Tracked and Signed which requires a signature on delivery. Carriage charges are based on the country, size and weight of the parcel. If you select this option, we will advise you prior to despatch of the cost if you wish to choose this option.
All charges to do with importing goods are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before receiving the order. All non-UK orders are sent without VAT. Import duty and VAT is charged on the value of the goods at the appropriate rate for the country.
