How to order information

Register your Business

Kingsley Ryan is proud to supply wholesale body piercing jewellery and Sterling Silver jewellery in the UK and abroad. As this is a TRADE website the products are not available to the general public.

We typically supply body piercers, high street retailers, gift shops, clothing and fashion boutiques, beauty salons as well as other on-line businesses.

In order to place an order and view the prices you will need to register your business with us by completing the registration form. Once we activate your account you will be able to login and view the wholesale prices for placing orders online or via the telephone.

ALL new online customers will receive 10% off their first order and free delivery. Simply, enter KR10 in the checkout.

As a registered customer, you will be able to:

  • Receive up-to-date information on new products, promotions and offers when you register to receive our newsletter.
  • View your order history and any saved baskets
  • Track your recent orders and view details of older orders
  • Update your account details including your email address, newsletter subscriptions and address details

How to Order

 When your account has been approved, you can view the prices and place an order online.

  • Login to your account.
  • Find the products you are looking for and add the number of units to the shopping cart.
  • When you have clicked 'ADD TO BAG' you may 'VIEW THE BASKET,' continue shopping or 'CHECKOUT.'
  • If you are not ready to complete your order, you can 'SAVE THE BASKET' and return to complete the order at a later time.
  • Payment is authorised at the checkout. We only finally process your payment once your order has been picked to ensure you only pay for the items in stock. You can view our Payments page for more information. 
  • You will receive an email order confirmation.
  • We will contact you when your order is packed and ready for despatch. You will only pay for products which are in stock. 
  • Any items out of stock may be placed on back order at your request and despatched as soon as they become available. Carriage charges are not applied to back orders.
  • You will receive an email confirming that your order has been despatched.

Quick Order

The Quick Order feature enables you to directly enter in the product codes of the items you wish to order, all on one page, eliminating the need to browse or search for them in the store.

Firstly login to your account. Then click on the QUICK ORDER link in the footer of the website. The Quick Order form will open.

  • Enter the product code and click on the arrow.
  • The product description will appear. Enter the quantity or use the + and – buttons.
  • If the product has size and/or colour options, you will need to select the option(s) first before the description if visible.
  • If the item is out of stock, it will be greyed out and cannot be selected.
  • You can see a running total of the products as they are added.
  • When finished, click add to bag and this will allow you to either complete the checkout process or to continue shopping.

You can also save your basket and return to the order at a later time.

To remove an item click on the X icon on the right hand side of the product next to the sub-total.

Re-order Previous Order

If you have placed an order on our website, you can effortlessly re-order again.

Firstly login to your account.

  • In your ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page, go to your ORDER HISTORY to see your orders.

  • Select RE-ORDER and this will open up the order.
  • Simply, continue to payment if you wish to repeat the exact order or remove unwanted items or increase/decrease order quantities.

Complete the checkout process to finalise and place your order.
