Package & Delivery

We aim to pack and despatch all orders on the same day but this can vary at peak times. Orders received after 1:30pm may be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday.

UK Orders

  • Minimum order value is £50 net.
  • Delivery is FREE on all orders with a final net value of £150 or more (ex VAT & after any discount codes have been applied).
  • Orders under £150 will attract a £6.95 delivery charge.
  • All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and tracked to delivery point. Special Delivery will require a signature on delivery.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver in 1-2 days or by Royal Mail Special Delivery with delivery guaranteed the next working day.

Non-UK (Eire, EC, Rest of the World) orders.

  • Minimum order value is £50.
  • Delivery is FREE on all orders over £250. 
  • Orders under £250 will attract a £19.95 delivery charge. 
  • Orders can be sent using Royal Mail International Registered Post with an expected delivery period of 5-7 days. 
  • If you require a quicker delivery, use of an independent courier is advisable and carriage charges are based on the country, size and weight of the parcel. These will be advised to you prior to despatch.

We strongly advise that international orders are sent by DHL.

We use DHL Express International Tracked and Signed which requires a signature on delivery. Carriage charges are based on the country, size and weight of the parcel. If you select this option, we will advise you prior to despatch of the cost if you wish to choose this option.

All non-UK orders are sent without VAT. All charges to do with importing goods including duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer in their own country and must be paid before receiving the order. 

Please note the delivery time for your order may be affected by custom clearance.

EU customers need an EORI number so that the order can clear customs. An ‘EORI number' is an 'Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number' and is a system of unique identification numbers used by customs authorities throughout the European Union.
